When a golfer requests the right to play, the player's name is displayed on the awaiting tab and "create code" is displayed.

NOTE: the screen gives you the battery life on the phone... if the battery life is less than 30% you should warn the player that if the phone dies they will be charged for the full 18 holes.

Process to give authorization

• To Create a code simply click on the link and the application will generate a unique 4 digit code
• Give this code to the golfer which, upon being entered in the smartphone app, will initiate the eGull Pay tracking of the golfer's round
• When the player has entered the code in the mobile app the code will switch from the four digit to "****" on the awaiting screen
